| My order is not quite what I expected - may I exchange it? |

Yes - once you have seen the item and you think it is unsuitable for the purpose intended, we are happy to provide an exchange. We will contact you within 24 hours of your email to offer you further information about returning your goods. Please use a method of shipping that includes a signature on arrival such as registered or recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for items you return in the return post. Once the item has arrived safely at our offices, we will work out the difference between the cost of goods returned and the new item ordered. It the item is exchanged as you had just changed your mind, you the customer will bear all return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or faulty, please see the relevant question and answer found in this customer services section. Made in Sheffield Dot Com beleives in creating an online store with good e-commerce practice and is registered in the UK and therefore uphold the Sale of Goods act 1979, your statutory rights are not affected.
