We will contact you within 24 hours of your email to offer you further information about returning your goods.

Please use a method of shipping that includes a signature on arrival such as registered or recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for items you return in the return post.

Once the item has arrived safely at our offices, we will work out the difference between the cost of goods returned and the new item ordered.

At this point we can either refund or charge your credit card with the balance in 7 days.

It the item is exchanged as you had just changed your mind, you the customer will bear all return shipping costs.
